Today was my first time visiting and I was disappointed. They ran out of croissants and the sour dough bread was really being pushed but I can tell hard bread when I see it so I didn’t want that and I’m pregnant so I genuinely craved an croissant so I opted to the chili croissant that I paid a extra $1 for which is fine. I also ordered a strawberry refresher and a focaccia turkey sandwich but when it was time to pay he informed me they were also out of focaccia bread and they can opt out for sour dough I said just take the sandwich off. I never received a receipt so I sat down and started to watch and I noticed no one at that matter were getting receipts. My name was called and she walk a tray to me which the croissant on a plate ready to eat but I noticed it was no egg or cheese inside so I explained to her that it’s supposed to have egg and cheese inside I just paid the extra fee for the chili croissant. She took it back and l came back about 15mins late with it in Togo wrapping sat it down made no eye contact said sorry about that and walked away. I won’t be back not because yall were out of a lot of items by 11:12a.m. I won’t be back because I didn’t feel welcomed, what I wante

10/10 service and 10/10 coffee , as soon as we walked in every server greeted us and the owner as well. The owner took the time to give us great a recommendations and he even made it his self side by side with his workers , i’m very picky on my coffee and i decided to try something new per his recommendation and i got the oat draft latte and it was amazingggg my friend got the strawberry matcha and she loved it as well. Definitely our new coffee spot!

Got the avocado toast and in my opinion, wouldn’t buy again. The bread was a bit hard and had way too much salt on the avocados. Was not worth the $9. The Biscoff milk cake was fire though.

Barista's seemed nice but was told I couldn't order a sandwich at the drive through, even though it was on the drive through menu. I understand the sentiment of not wanting people to have to wait but there was no one in front or behind me. An apology about the menu instead of an entire shpeel on why that rule is in place would have been nice. The coffee was pretty mid for the price-point.

I will always support this establishment. For one, the coffee is absolutely delicious and will always satisfy you. But past that, I made mistake and ordered my coffee to the wrong shop. I spoke with the owner, who was willing to call the other shop and fix my mistake for me so I didn't have to drive an additional 30 minutes to the wrong location. This is the sort of quality service we don't hear about these days. Great coffee, great service, and great aesthetics. This place claps.
